Performance & Recovery

Precision tools for recovery, performance, and longevity.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal specific processes in your body — healing, growth hormone release, collagen production, and more. Offered in provider-designed stacks, matched to your labs and goals.

Educational information. The peptide information on this page is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical advice or a promise of results. Some peptides are compounded preparations that are not FDA-approved. Whether peptide therapy is appropriate for you — and which peptides, at what doses — is determined only after a consultation, lab work, and review with your provider.
Areas Being Researched

One category, many jobs.

Peptides are being studied and used across a wide range of wellness goals:

Joint & injury recoveryMuscle supportChronic fatigueWeight managementWound healingSleep qualityCognitive supportSkin & hair healthSexual wellnessHormonal regulation
FDA-Approved Peptide Medications

Peptides with full FDA approval.

Several peptide medications are fully FDA-approved drugs — these anchor many of our programs:

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide

The GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP medications behind our medical weight loss programs — both are peptides, and both are FDA-approved.

Bremelanotide (PT-141)

FDA-approved (as Vyleesi®) for low sexual desire in premenopausal women. Acts on brain receptors rather than blood vessels; prescribed at provider discretion.

Tesamorelin

An FDA-approved growth-hormone-releasing peptide — one of the secretagogues your provider may consider where clinically appropriate.

The Wider Peptide Library · Educational

The peptides everyone asks about.

Beyond the approved medications, our clinical team follows the research on a much deeper library of peptides — BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, GHK-Cu, Thymosin Alpha-1, Selank, Semax, KPV, MOTS-c, AOD-9604, and Epitalon, to name a few.

These are not FDA-approved drugs. Encouragingly, in 2026 the FDA’s advisory process moved several of them — including BPC-157 and TB-500 — toward renewed eligibility for pharmacy compounding, and the regulatory picture continues to evolve. What’s available at any given time depends on current FDA and pharmacy regulations — your provider will tell you exactly what can be offered today, and what the evidence does and doesn’t show.

BPC-157

Researched for tissue-healing support — studied for its role in muscle, tendon, and joint recovery and in calming inflammation.

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 fragment)

Studied for tissue repair, flexibility, and recovery — often researched alongside BPC-157.

CJC-1295 / Ipamorelin

A commonly paired combination studied for stimulating the body’s own growth hormone release — researched in the context of muscle, recovery, and healthy aging.

GHK-Cu

A copper peptide studied for its role in collagen production, skin quality, hair health, and tissue repair.

NAD+

A coenzyme central to cellular energy production and DNA repair — levels decline with age, and restoration is studied for metabolism, cognition, and vitality.

Provider-Designed Stacks

Peptides are often studied and used together for complementary effects. We offer curated stacks — recovery, performance, longevity, skin & hair — always assembled by your provider around your labs and goals, never off the shelf.

The OptiPeak Standard

Indication first. Evidence always.

Before any peptide enters your plan, your provider reviews your baseline labs, contraindications, current medications, and goals — then monitors your response. Every protocol is physician-supervised, honestly explained with its current level of evidence, and adjusted as you go. That’s what compliant, responsible peptide therapy looks like — and it’s the only kind we practice.
